About Project
Supply of galvanised mounting structures for a 50 MW solar power plant.
We cut, punched and galvanised more than 120,000 components for the solar module tables.
Our Client’s Challenge
The project needed very high volumes of identical parts delivered on a tight schedule.
Our Approach And Solution
Automated punching lines and a dedicated galvanising schedule allowed us to deliver 300 tonnes every week.
Outcome
All structures were delivered on schedule for the plant to connect to the grid.
The client has selected us for its next 100 MW project.
