About Project
Fabrication of welded plate girders for a 3-span highway bridge.
The girders were cut, welded and painted in our facility, then transported to site in sections.
Our Client’s Challenge
The girders required full-penetration welds, ultrasonic testing and strict camber tolerances.
Our Approach And Solution
We used CNC-cut plates, qualified welding procedures and third-party ultrasonic testing on every girder.
Outcome
All girders passed inspection on the first attempt.
The bridge opened to traffic in March 2025.
