About Project
Fabrication of clinker silos, hoppers, chutes and conveyor galleries for a cement plant expansion.
The work was carried out alongside the operating plant with strict safety requirements.
Our Client’s Challenge
Heavy wear and high temperatures required special materials and careful welding.
Our Approach And Solution
We used abrasion-resistant plates for chutes and hoppers and fabricated modules to minimise site work.
Outcome
Plant capacity increased by 30% after the upgrade.
Downtime during installation was kept under two weeks.
