About Project
Composite steel frame for a 12-storey commercial plaza in Blue Area, Islamabad.
Our scope covered columns, beams, bracing and metal deck support for all floors.
Our Client’s Challenge
Tight site access in a busy city centre meant deliveries had to happen at night with very little storage space.
Our Approach And Solution
We delivered just-in-time, floor by floor, with every piece marked to match the erection drawings.
Outcome
The frame was completed in 7 months without a single delivery delay.
The plaza now houses offices and retail outlets.
